About the Event
Meet at the west picnic area, near the lake by the west parking lot (near the amphitheater). MN State Park Pass is required. Permits can be purchased at the Bemidji State Park ranger station or online. Check with the Bemidji Public Library for free day passes.
This one-mile path was designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and wellbeing--a certain respite from stress-inducing news events.
